Through Redpath and Associates LLC, Michael Redpath
provides church consulting in the areas of parish
planning and development, stewardship, communications,
the interim period, capital campaigns, and youth
ministry within the Episcopal Church. Redpath is a
lifelong Episcopalian and has provided consulting in
these areas for more than two decades. The Diocese of
New Jersey has utilized Redpath's services for several
years.
The Diocese of New Jersey utilized his services in
those areas for several years prior to his leaving
consulting to become Director of Public Affairs for
the Borough of Seaside Heights. He has put that
position of nearly six years behind him to return to
consulting.
Redpath's involvement in the Episcopal Church coupled
with his secular work with communities and non-profit
organizations equips him particularly well to provide
effective perspectives for parishes. He currently
serves on the Diocese of New Jersey Stewardship
Commission, is a consulting member of The Episcopal
Network for Stewardship, a member of the Verger's
Guild, and a long-time Associate of the Order of the
Holy Cross.
